RealityCorp has extensive experience in both manual and automated clinical software testing. Our services staff focuses on, but is not limited to, clinical Interactive Voice/Web Response Systems (IWRS/IVRS), Electronic Data Capture Systems (EDC), and Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS). Our automation services models ensure that RealityCorp provides the highest quality test scripts and/or output object evidence to meet our Client’s validation needs. RealityCorp achieves services for our Clients in two ways:

Automation Services Model

• Used by Clients who have brought ClinTest™ Web in-house for their validation services

• RealityCorp supports its product by providing automation services for Client using ClinTest™ Web

• Automation test scripts are prepared using Client specifications and transferred to Client before they begin formal testing

• Client ‘hits the play button’ and is in control of any updates to test scripts after RealityCorp transfer

Outsourced Automation Services Model

• Used by Clients who wish to use RealityCorp to perform testing but do not have ClinTest™ Web in-house

• RealityCorp supports our Clients by working as an outsourced solution; saving our clients time and cost, as Testing and Output Documentation generation are produced automatically

• Automation test scripts are prepared using Client specifications and a formal review of the test scripts is done with the Client before RealityCorp performs the formal testing

• RealityCorp ‘hits the play button’ and transfers test scripts and output documentation to Client for results review and subsequent Client signoff
