Within the ClinTest™ Test Script Template clients are able to use our custom Object, Actions, and Parameters Interface (OAP Interface) to aid in any test case building efforts. After building the object repository for your software system, the OAP interface allows one to easily filter through your software’s objects, select from a corresponding list of fully validated custom actions, then insert with an on screen guide, the desired user parameters for each action. Since test scripts and objects are not built using ‘record & playbacks’ or other limiting automation features, ClinTest™ Web’s framework allows for dynamic repeatable test cases to be written for quick turn-around IWR systems, base platform upgrades, or branched software systems.

The ClinTest™ Web framework further sets itself apart from all other products in its ability to integrate with any software’s associated database. Database use and validation are important during the testing effort of any eClinical software to ensure subject information is being properly stored per CFR 21 Part 11 regulations. ClinTest™ Web allows users to write queries, verify data, update, insert, and perform all other possible database interactions through ClinTest’s custom test scripts. Not only does this provide maximum visibility during test script reviews and audits, it also allows ClinTest™ to perform complex, dynamic test scripts since database values can be both extracted and subsequently used, in real-time, during test script execution - allowing validation of highly critical functionality such as Randomization and Drug Assignment. Testing complicated functionality, such as Randomization and Drug Assignment, was once thought of as something automation could not handle because of the variable nature of both database and web display; ClinTest™ Web has solved this problem. Compatible with both Oracle and Microsoft databases, ClinTest™ Web includes a .txt or .CSV file of the database interaction and results screenshot, displayed through our standard Query Viewer™, embedded into our objective evidence documentation.

Lastly, ClinTest™ Web not only compresses the software development life cycle by taking written test scripts and automatically executing them, but also completes validation efforts by collecting during run-time, per step screenshots, email notifications, time stamps, and query results as objective evidence for both passing and failing user programmed test steps. Designed to meet the rigors of the clinical industry, ClinTest™ Web’s output documentation was built to and meets best practices standards according to Good Clinical Practices (GCP) guidelines.

After test execution is completed, RealityCorp’s robust output documentation is automatically created. The result(s) of each test step, reported on at the action level, are associated with the corresponding objective evidence for the appropriate action type collected at test run-time. Our standard output documentation provides Clients an easily reviewable word document containing all aspects of the testing effort; in addition to signature pages and defect summary list for printing or internal reporting purposes. As a service, RealityCorp can customize our standard output documentation template to accommodate our Client’s QA department standards for items such as additional signature fields, addition of Client logo, and adding or subtracting columns to resemble or match our Client’s testing templates and processes.
