Problem:
They were seeking a solution to automate and thereby increase the efficiency, speed, intelligence and accuracy of processing multiple external and internal data feeds (IVRS, XML, EDC, etc.) to their clinical trial management system (CTMS). The current state required them to process each data feed separately and as they came available. Their current process was labor intensive and extremely inefficient. They came to RealityCorp for a solution that would increase the speed, efficiency, and accuracy of their current QA and testing process. Having limited resources and time, they wanted the solution to minimize their resource effort in QA, system testing and user acceptance testing.
Solution:
RealityCorp implemented our QA and software-testing-software solution (TAME). The work was conducted mostly by utilizing our testing lab in Wilmington, DE. Results: The application went into production with zero defects. When test execution needed to be performed again during system development, the automated test execution reruns were completed in 1/20th the time when compared to doing the same work manually. User acceptance testing was completed in 1/10th the time. The cost and time savings on this project that were delivered by RealityCorp were significant. Their IVRS and web-based tools dramatically reduce inefficiencies in a typical clinical trial, resulting in substantial cost savings, increased data integrity, and faster time to database lock.
Problem:
Key to the clinical trial IVR business is the time needed to collect the new trial specifications to when the IVRS can intake and process the first trial participant. The speed, accuracy and quality of the trial software are essential. For the company to continue to enhance their market share and service to their clients, they were looking at technology solutions that would enable them to increase the efficiency and productivity of their SDLC.
Solution:

Results: During development, the automation suite was efficiently used to populate the IVR system with screened and randomized participants that would then be utilized in subsequent testing. Company is a specialty pharmaceutical company with an established leadership in pain management. Their business is to continue to develop leadership programs to primarily treat and manage pain. They are also expanding their presence in complementary areas. Their IT platform is based on SAP. As part of their SAP package upgrade project they came to RealityCorp to see if we could help them with the testing of several of SAP modules (FI, MM, SD) using our TAME test automation solution.
Problem:
They were under significant time and resource constraints to fully test the SAP upgrade to ensure that exiting functionality was not impacted.
Solution:
The client wanted to see if test automation could be used on the project to reduce the time and resource commitment.
